We do not request payment card details on this website. Payments for confirmed bookings are processed by our secure, hosted checkout provider, which handles your card data under its own PCI-compliant systems. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use your information
We use the information you send to reply to your inquiry, prepare a proposed itinerary, confirm a booking and communicate with you about your trip. Reviews are published on the relevant tour page to help future travelers.
We may use your email to send you trip-related updates or to ask for feedback after your journey. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Where your data is stored
Inquiries and reviews are stored in our website database. Access is restricted to the small local team that runs our journeys. We retain inquiry records for as long as is useful to serve returning travelers, and you may ask us to delete your record at any time.
